From the speaker: "The USDA encourages us to eat a healthy, plant based, whole foods diet, while at the same time making sure that organic fruits and vegetables are the most expensive items at the grocery store and processed foods and factory farmed meat are cheap and accessible! Learn how to beat this system. Whether you are a passionate vegan with the desire to reinforce your beliefs and find inspiration in the kitchen while saving money, or an omnivore looking for thrifty ways to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet without breaking the bank, or want to transition to a vegan diet but need some guidance: there is something to learn here for everyone! I have done copious amounts of research and have figured out where to shop, what to buy, and how to prepare it in the most inexpensive, ethical, and delicious way possible and I am so excited to share my findings! Feel the best you've ever felt while doing your part for the environment AND save money? It IS possible and I am here to support you!" Visit Lisa's website for more!
