Timbre and Revolution Radio

February 24th, 2012 at 8:00pm

Once again, Timbre will bring her enchanting and compelling music to the Firestorm. A donation will be taken to help support her music and get her gas money to the next town.

Nashville based harpist and songwriter Timbre has been enchanting audiences across the country in growing numbers over the last few years with her unique brand of harp-based folk rock. Although often featured playing harp with bands such as mewithoutYou, the Chariot, and Anathallo, her solo career has been garnering even greater response. Her ensemble of musicians have entranced crowd after crowd, often bringing complete silence and stillness to crowded bars and festivals. The pairing of Timbre's classically trained voice and harp skills with the dynamic sounds of a talented backing band has left audiences enchanted and moved. Sometimes haunting, sometimes driving, sometimes unabashedly joyful, Timbre is a musical experience that is completely unique and compelling, reminding listeners that music can move us like nothing else can.
